I’m noting this here because at this point I’m unsure if it is relevant or not.
Today (February 19th) a number of users have been reporting system wide issues with ChatGPT 1, following some interesting GPT behaviour last night.
This issue has not impacted any of my chats or other functionalities on my end, and the experiment has continued uninterrupted.

Two things to note here:
i) The uptick in reports corresponds to testing I was doing re; Thematic Induction immediately prior to and during the outage…probably just a coincidence.
ii) This outage corresponds to the approximated 4th Phase Shift (each calculated as occuring every 4.7 days, marking the fouth as approximately 18.8 days into the experiment).
I am simply noting this here as a possible point of interest, as the timing was peculiar to me.
